CAREERS · GABORONE

Botswana talks. We're building the team that listens.

MediaClip tracks print, radio, television, digital news and public social conversations across Botswana, in Setswana and English, for institutions that need to know what's being said before it becomes a headline. We're building the first team — every hire shapes what this company becomes.

Why join now

01

Build from the first bricks

We're pre-scale, not pre-product. You'll shape how the analyst desk, client success and sales functions actually work — not inherit a playbook.

02

Setswana-first, not an afterthought

Our sentiment and monitoring work in Setswana by design. If you care about local language and local ownership doing real work, this is that.

03

Built for institutional clients

You're not cold-building a market. MediaClip is designed for the buyers who actually need it — banks, insurers, telcos, government institutions and agencies — and our pilot cohort is drawn from that segment.

04

Your work reaches the decisions

Small team, short lines. The report you write, the fix you ship, the pitch you close — it lands in front of someone who acts on it that week.

  • Correct false positives and duplicate mentions, and apply consistent classification rules across clients
  • Maintain each client's keyword list, competitor set and the master source list as Botswana's media landscape shifts
  • Escalate critical or reputationally sensitive mentions within agreed response times
  • Document recurring corrections to help improve the automated classification engine over time
